I left T-Mobile for AT&T...they're customer service policies screwed me over multiple times. But even if I were still with them, I wouldn't ever get another sidekick. Completely unimpressed with them. They look nice, but lack the reliable functionality of a Blackberry...or any other smartphone for that matter.
