First of all, T-Mobile will be using the 1700 MHz spectrum for uplink. I'm fairly certain that it is the only carrier in the world using that. So that pretty much makes it incompatible with the iPhone. But it's pretty much the same thing with the downlink as well. Yes, T-Mobile uses 2100 but it is not exactly the same as the 2100 MHz frequency used in Europe and Australia. Obviously the Only reason T-mobile's 3G was delayed was because of waiting for the Government to Evacuate the Spectrum or else they would have been right on time with the Other Companies. Obviously they HAVE the Tech KnowHOw it was more of a Waiting Game, but I guess you had no idea! Maybe you should Research a little bit more.

In FACT T-Mobile Almost went STRAIGHT to 4G but they're smart about it and want to Fine-Tune the Spectrum up a bit before so.

But then again you're Supposedly the "EXPERT" on this info......

Ahahahahahhaaa

Galen20K

Comments on T-Mobile 3G service coming October 1 to 27 markets

I wonder to what extent T-Mobile's 3G coverage will be in LA... like, just LA proper or out into the San Fernando Valley northwest and southeast into Orange country and even east into the Inland Empire?
