Haxxy's being completely pessimistic. This design has much potential. Sure, viewing a movie with such a wide screen would be nice but I do agree that the line in the middle will be a hassle. But I mean, they can always make one screen bigger than the other, so one screen will do the main controls, as a keyboard would and the top would be sort of like a monitor. I don't think this device will be so big as Haxxy made it sound that you wouldn't be able to use your thumbs only. It looks like the perfect size actually. There are other "folding" design concepts for phones though, I forgot where else the others are but I hope somebody picks them up. Because I mean, there's flipping, sliding, rotating, touch. I think folding is the next thing coming. Just to switch it up a bit. I'd sure get one if it works out correctly. We should see some interesting phone designs picked up by big manufacturers in the coming years.
“The HD2 is a magnificent monster. It is a hulking, intimidating, massive slab of a gadget. If you think the device looks big in photos, it's nothing compared to how it seems up close.”
