There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. come on ! We did you expect a 3 + year run like the razr or nokia 6133. the slide had it is 6 month run, of course after tmo sits on it for 6 months.
Plus, the sidekick is a loyal customer, a unique customer, you either love it or hate. i am sure that is why they went back to traditional small size with latest camera, keypad, etc.
