lol you probably have to take it into a store.. Haha instink is laughable.To update my iPod touch I just plug it into the computer, and soon I can do it wirelessly
Main -> Settings -> General -> Update SoftwareOtherwise, when you run an app it will check for updates. The mail client updated for me yesterday :-)
