The percentage of returned gadgets that have nothing wrong with them.
Of the $13.8 billion worth of returned products in 2007, only 5 percent were because gadgets were actually broken, according to a 2008 study.

I hope the rumored order for 5 million Palm devices isnt for this thing - it will bury Palm if it is.
I wondered that too.
Wow that looks terrific. Its a bit thicker than I thought it would be but its beautiful.
I wish the specs were more solid, I'm finding differing reports. My only gripe is the seemingly recessed screen, this may make it hard to tap the corners. I wonder what the battery life is like? The Weight?
None the less, welcome to 2008 Palm.
treo screens have always been like that and i've never had a problem with them
The screen is not recessed it just looks that way. Click the link to the photos and you will see. Looks good.
Screen is not recessed. Click the link to the pics. Looks good.
I hope this comes out in Canada, this looks like a really good phone. I know the old treo just came out last month here :(
The screen isn't recessed, its a flush touch screen from what I've seen on reports.
This looks like it's going to be a great device. With the new 7201A chipset driving the 320x320 display and Palm's WM tweaks, this should have great performance. For the first time, I'm tempted to buy a Palm WM device. And yeah, it probably helps that HTC is making this.
HTC isn't making this. It's Compal. Pay attention, McFly.
Wow! I am in!
Question, though. Is that the ring tone I hear or does that music just automatically play whenever you are using the phone?
Does anyone know when/if the Treo 800w is coming to Verizon?
What does this have to do with the Treo Pro?
Everyone keeps begging for a flush screen and this is what you get. In all those pictures the screen is scratched to hell!
Does that look like a proprietary connector (and not mini USB) to anyone else? It would be just like them to screw that up.
I think they ought to use models with really big hands so the devices look smaller.
Comparing to other WinMo devices - Palm devices have great performance and good stability.
Not the fanciest but alway practical - just like I love it!

@ Julio: Since when did Compal license the HTC Comm Manager? I would suggest you do more research yourself before correcting someone else who was right the first time, as the Treo Pro is essentially the GSM Touch Pro in a different bodyshell without TouchFLO 3D.
