I tried it and didn't have as much luck as Mohammad did.
I used simple mode and it created a new .ipsw file that was 10 MB smaller than my original 2.0.2 file. WTF?
When I tried to use it for the Restore, after the initial pop-up message saying it was preparing, I got an "An unknown error (-6) occurred" and it said it couldn't restore it.
Luckily I was able to do a Restore with the original 2.0.2 firmware, so I am back in action - but without a pwned phwn.
