I just don't understand the form factor. I used a Verizon 6700 for a long time and never once thought "Gee, I sure wish I had a numeric keypad sticking out all the time!" Maybe they're secretly targeting couples who want to share a handset but can't agree on keyboard type. Or for people with split personalities.

The 6700 was a dog-with-fleas. If it's your preference, or its current lunchpale equivalents, by all means ... stick with them.
