Use of the stylus should not be required - the interface should be robust enough to not *need* it. It's not really sprints fault, HTC is the one releasing it, and a lot of US consumers are praying for the Diamond & Pro to be released ASAP. I'm not really caring for the Touch HD, I currently have the Mogul and want the diamond.

And to all other people, according to this website, they reviewed the Diamond and have fixed a lot of issues with the GSM version and that there's enough power and memory to do a lot of things with solid performance.

totally fucked it up with the shitty red colored, flat, normal back
cover there is no way in hell i will be getting this unless sprint

Thank you man I completely agree with you. When I need the precisely copy a text or link the stylus works perfect. I *am* speaking for myself when I said it and I don't really need to chill as I don't really care one way or another (actually I'm pretty thrilled that the phone is coming out).
