We already knew it would be another year before launch, it WONT be "Helio" it will be "Virgin Mobile" and they are going to use this as THEIR official 3G Flagship phone. Helio is DEAD, its only a brand name like "Nextel" is to Sprint.

I got out of my contract, with Helio, never saw the $150 deposit back, even when I "moved out of the coverage area"....
