Public opinion will tell them where they need to go OS wise if it turns out WM6.1 isn't all its cracked up to be. It has a crap-load of potential. Smartphone operating system, but you navigate like a dumbphone? SE killed UIQ by never giving it any decent hardware (P990 not enough RAM, P1i not enough CPU), so making it uber-slow and crash-happy.
