So the less-exciting news out of luxo-phone shop
Mobiado today is that it has recrafted its 105EM candybar in two new bank-busting "Special Edition" shades: red (trimmed with 24 karat gold, naturally) and white. The more exciting news, though, clearly has to be the 105EM CLB Series, trimmed in Mobiado's "designer monogram" -- also known as "Louis Vuitton's monogram, minus the LV, plus some random Ms and lions and crap". They've got quadband EDGE and some form of UMTS-based 3G on the 850 and 2100MHz bands, featuring a 2-megapixel cam, "more than 1GB" of onboard storage, and all the faux pretension you can handle. No word on pricing or availability, but in the meantime, we can think of a few other creative ways to blow exorbitant wads of cash.

aka the kanye west phone
why didn't you mention the fact that the entire front and back pieces are made from sapphire crystal? Also no mention of the "unique hidden sliding battery cover mechanism"? Why not mention the good with the bad engadget?
This is part of the new 'bling' line from Mobiado.
Engadget is paid by Vertu to post bad comments about Mobiado. Notice they keep complaining about the high price of the Mobiado but then write "No word on pricing or availability" The reality is Vertu is much more expensive with worse tech.
Well, I somehow doubt that vertu are paying engadget to say squat.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Why do most of these so-called "luxury" phones have to look like crap? *shrug*
I like their other models. I bought the Stealth recently from http://www.mobiadoreplicas.com and I must say it's an amazing phone. The authentic mobiado's don't work in the US so the replica is really the only way you can get one.
