Depends. Which iPhone are you talking about? I doubt it'll be at the 199$ mark. The Touch Diamond alone is 249$, and the Touch Pro (which is X1's direct competitor) is priced at 299$ with rebates and instant discounts. I wouldn't be surprised if it was priced around 299$ - just like the BB Bold.

They are in the UK! O2 sell them at the same price as the iPhone 3G on the same monthly bill payment

By the way, aren't we getting a US release date on November 3? Engadget, do you know if that's still happening? It better be! I'm still deciding whether to get this or the Touch Pro.
