First, the modem "function" aka tether option is in the works and will be on its way. Second, 5mp camera is irrelevant because that's hardware (I personally don't buy a phone for its camera. But, it is easy for other manufactures to put larger then a 2mp simply because they know that's one area they can beat the iPhone. Not too hard when the product has been on the shelf for over a year). Third, Opera has got to be the stupidest complaint I've ever read about the iPhone. Have you ever used mobile Safari? If you read just about any website, it's been ranked as the best mobile browser. Fourth, Push e-mail... maybe you didn't happen to read that push e-mail has been implemented on the iPhone since firmware 2.0. In fact, I have my Gmail pushed to me every hour.

As far are your other complains (copy/paste, mms, flash, ect, ect), yes, those are true. But it's not a complete upset. Still the best phone I've ever had. And flash should be on its way... probably not before winmo and android get it, but it will come. Apple just doesn't want to put crap on their phone and make it run horrible.

Scott

Comments on Verizon's Samsung Omnia (that's Esperanto for "blur") in the wild

Pushed to you every hour??
