1) Phone freezes up after button presses constantly. 2) Keyboards are a joke as screen calibration is off and it is difficult to choose the correct keys. 3) Phone goes into camera mode quite a bit while trying to use the keyboard. 4) Due to poor screen calibration, trying to choose a specific application or function is very frustrating. 5) Most reviews stated (Yours included) that this phone required way more steps to get something done and that is very accurate.
If you are looking for a cool looking phone just to make calls, the voice quality & reception is the best I have ever had from a Verizon phone. If you are looking for a phone to make calls and listen to music the phone is fine.
Summary: I'm going to spend time with this phone over the weekend, but chances are it is going back to Verizon. This phone has an incredible number of bugs that should have been addressed before it was released.
