Android-powered HTC phones headed to Nordic lands next summer
While most Danes are more concerned with securing a Snuggie right now than securing a next-generation handset, we do have some stellar news for those waiting in tense anticipation for Android to head that way. According to HTC's Peter Frølund, at least one Android-powered handset will be coming to Denmark next summer. In fact, he's quoted as saying that "one or more Android products" will land in all of the Nordic countries simultaneously, though he couldn't get any more specific than that. Bonus Snuggie coverage after the break.

LOL, great, now everyone will look like members of a cult.
Please, not the Snuggie!
Denmark is fun and nice, but would think that Finland and Sweden with their Nokia and SE connection would have bigger market for phone like G1.
What the flip is the Snuggie commercial on here for??
Freakin random as hell...
Lately Engadget has been trying tooo hard to be funny with its headline. Lately all I see are headlines like "New Electronic toilet keeps count of poops, still won't wipe your butt."
Kinda annoying after like the 100th time seeing headlines like that.
SNUGGIE????!?WTF? What has that got to do with Denmark? And who would use that? We have a product here that covers the same functions...it's called "clothing", don't know if you have heard of that in the U.S. (just kidding for those of you that didn't get that)
