Blurry pics of T-Mobile branded Samsung "Memoir" cameraphone emerge

We love nothing better than a good blurry photo around here to add a little dose of vague confusion to the rumor mill. These two artistically hazy snaps are purported to be of a US-bound T-Mobile Samsung Behold-style phone with an 8-megapixel camera. Tmo News is also reporting that it's going to run on Touchwiz, the same UI as the Behold, and that it's called the Memoir. We don't have any other details for now, but we'll let you know as soon as we see a fuzzy scan of a semi-redacted press release.

this would be a nice backup for my G1. how much and how soon are we looking at for this phone?! ;)
memoir.....rhymes with another 8 megapixel phone....the renoir. obviously samsung could not think of a name so they copied LG.
I'm a happy T-Mobile customer.
8 MP is great, but to be honest I don't care for the shots I've taken with the 5MP Behold. I've used regular VGA camera phones from back in 2005 (Toshiba CDM 9500) which took clearer sharper pics. Let's hope for true digital camera quality.
Samsung is very predictable. I like their products, but they'll take one line and create 500 phones using the same design. :-) Kind of funny.
This phone would be awesome for a guy like me if it had Smartphone capabilities. I would also love to see it UMA/WiFi enabled but from what I hear it's not likely at all. Expandable memory and support for unsigned Java apps would be wonderful too but from what I hear this won't take 'em without any hacking.
UMA would definitely be amazing. It's funny cause I thought a phone like this had already been released, and then I remembered too that that was the RENoir by LG.
I hope that this isn't another one of the confusion with another T-Mobile arm, like with the T-Mobile UK Blackberry Bold we saw way earlier. It seems as it's the right T-Mobile logo, with the 1 & 3 dot configuration, but to confirm, is T-Mobile USA the only one with the MyFaves and thus the logo?
