An HTC Touch HD running Android would probably get the job done, with a keyboard-sporting version as well, as long as they're priced reasonably.
Or they could get *really* radical and get HTC to make them some SIM card CDMA phones (no technical reason why this can't be done). That would get some jaws wagging, for sure.
