The Storm platform was only finalized just before launch and there are still firmware issues that cause problems for SPM that RIM is working on for upcoming firmware updates. Once we have those we'll continue development for the Storm, but there was no way it was going to make this release, ever. We haven't had access to the Storm for development for very long.
