I noticed the pricing on the phone says 99.99 w/ a 2yr & the upgrade price is 119.99. Is VZ charging $20 more for phones to upgrading/existing customers? This is shady...even w/ their new every 2.

INPulse is Prepay, not Upgrade. Typically Upgrade 2-year pricing is the same as New 2-year pricing, or close to, depending on what kind of pricing the store has.
