I'd like it if you guys could get an answer on what the deal is with Sprint roaming with Verizon/Alltel.
I'm considering going from an iPhone 3G (AT&T) to a Pre when it comes out assuming I like the finished product, and I know that regardless I will have better coverage with Sprint overall. But my question is, if I'm on a road trip and Sprint doesn't have coverage but Verizon/Alltel does, will I be able to roam on their network? Can I use their EVDO?
Thanks if you can find out, I've been searching for a definite answer to this question and haven't been able to really find it.
“Apart from the fact that it's got a bit of infamy to outgrow, the old model was a pretty sharp-looking handset and the Storm2 refines that look in all the right ways.”
