While S60 is a very capable OS and has a gigantic application library, it just feels a little 'stale'. It lacks the polish, cohesiveness, and little usability tweaks that make Android and yes, Mobile OS X (and, I'd assume, WebOS), a pleasure to use. Same goes for WM6.
