The EPA found that the percentage remained consistent from 1999-2005. Even as recycling rates went up, the amount of electronics reaching end of life outpaced the increase, leaving the figure static. (source: EPA, July 2008)

Wheeee! This is just wunnerful. Another government agency is working once again to keep us SAFE!
If we could just get them to put a Federal Marshal in each vehicle now to make sure were listening to safe / approved music, holding at 10&2, and not using two feet for brakes & gas. Looking forward to full governmental control of our ignorant and pathetic existences. Could you please do out homes as well?
