This immediately put me to customer retensions A nice rep answered...I said "I'd like to sign up for free MyFaves" promotion I was told I'd have to extend for 24 months - not a prob since I just did it in October after I got G1. I confirmed via an automated system 1 minute later the plan was on after about 3 minutes an sms came in and My Faves icon appeared on G1's screen Now I'm a happy camper with 1000 NW for $39 plus unlimited G1 Data / SMS and MyFaves.
