Not so sure where the observer is going with this one. BT have been operating as an MVNO for years, first on O2, and then on Vodafone. They are also already selling the broadband dongles, using the same huawei models as everyone else.
Granted, most of the BT customers are either business customers who have their business broadband with BT already, or home customers who have home phone and broadband with them, but for them to say that there is no BT Mobile business is a bit odd.
Either whoever wrote this article for the observer doesn't know of what they speak, or they need to elaborate on the 'concerns' that they cite in their article.
