This is a false rumor. I spoke with T-Mobile and they said this is bogus. They apparently had a minor problem in Holland for one day where their billing system was buggered and they couldn’t sell Blackberrys, but it was limited to Holland and it was a T-Mobile systems issue, NOT a Blackberry device bug.
“The other one is a biggie, and it's something very noticeable in the videos: touch sensitivity is pretty bad. Using the virtual keyboard proved to be far too painful, and we're pretty sure it wasn't multitouch-friendly.”
