The wireline customer care teams and tech teams in the NE who hide behind the union umbrella are rude, nasty, unsympathetic to Enterprise customers concerns and straight out tell you "no," cause they feel like it. They transfer you around to this Verizon or that Verizon and don't like to take ownership of any issue.
I think they know they're employment is generally protected and they'll get paid regardless.
Verizon Wireless is completely different. They're friendly, modern and try hard to assist their customers.
