T-Mobile isn't iDEN. It has a fairly high quality GSM network (in my view more solid than AT&T's, but obviously experiences will differ by area) and it's in the midst of rolling out a full 3G UMTS network. Unlimited data is $7/$20/$25 per line depending on which data plan you sign up to.
