LG Versa finds its way out of a Verizon box
At least on this Gregorian calender sitting here in the office, March 1st is still a few days off. True though that may be, it hasn't stopped at least one LX9600 (or Versa, if you prefer) from getting unboxed from its Verizon Wireless packaging. There's no indication of what truck this fell off of, nor if these phones may actually go on sale a few days early, but one thing's for sure -- this unboxer definitely did the honors in a high school cafeteria. Classy, no?

do you mean VX9600?
Finally the LG voyager 2 AKA the Versa
actually the voyager to or VX11000 is still in the works
Yes. They def mean VX9600. Looks hot!
thanks for the pics... but why so many of the damned box? people aren't paying good money for the box, they're paying for the phone.
and I find it quite humorous that the pics were from a site that is plastered w/ TMo stuff...
meh....I thought it was going to be like the enV2 size with built-in keyboard and stuff.....but its just a smaller version of the Dare with add-on keyboard and add-on gaming pads.
I guess I'll wait for another phone to use my NE2 and stay with my voyager in the mean time.
The most fcked up part is, verizon will require all V Cast phones to pay for V Cast, just not sure when it will be effective.
Actually this phone is better than the Dare and Voyager combined! Go see for yourself once the phone launches.
Never judge a book by its cover!
I think I'll pass.

Was a WiFi module verified for this? Does it come with, or do we have to wait?
I heard they are suppose to come out with a wifi module but youn will have to pay extra for it. Can't wait for the release of this phone tomorow
Well, i love the phone firmware, i mean love it!, i wish they can update the voyager to it. i do want the phone, problem is i can't upgrade till may, but i still have to pay two year contract price.
The only thing this i m seeing that will bother me is;
i will probably keep the text pad on all the time, but when i want to take it off, i also have to have the plate with me in order to do that.
