I think it's a typo or some poor translation to English. Consider the tag line:
"The smallest ... mobile phone of the world." Shouldn't that be "in the world"?
But I don't understand what "sweet" in my hands would mean either. Unless they meant mini to refer to the form factor and the dual SIM capability to be awesome i.e. sweet.
