It makes me sad to be a Texan. We have stupid lawsuits like this come out of the woodworks all the time. It's like.....really ridiculous. Gaming systems have been out FOREVER, lol. They didn't patent ANY of this technology. I'm sure that these companies will destroy them, and then they'll go out of business, which is why I feel they're suing for money anyway.
