Looks a lot like the Viewty stylus, which extended as you pop it out of the cap, and looks like mascara.
I was going to say the same, in fact if you put silver trim around the screen edge, replace Sony Ericsson with LG and move the front camera a bit to the right, its nearly identical to the Viewty, UI and all!
No doubt being a SE it will be a heck of a lot tighter than the Viewty though, mine performs like a slug these days.
I think it's SE lipstick personally.

I don't mind the stylus - I think it's far easier to jot notes with a stylus then pecking at a virtual keyboard.

Hellios: Hahaha. More megapixels doesn't necessarily mean that it would produce better images. It depends on the lens, flash, zoom, etc.

OH NOES , u guys got it all wrong, you see SE are aiming for the female market by including the W345 tampon with their new cellphones , has many features including a 5 mp AF camera and vibration utility plus 16 gigs of storage , simply innovative... ;) :P
