North American Nokia 5800 XpressMusic available once again, with feeling

does anyone know how to tell the difference from the packaging?
is there a date on the box? or new sku or anything?
there is a local store i want to buy it from, but i dont know if its from the first round or this one.
all it says is "B5800_NOKNA" or something like that.
I'm hoping that means Nokia North America? It looked real. lol

That's over on Engadget.com. Which brings up a point that I've been meaning to bring up before. Please, Engadget, it makes more sense to have all the comments on one story be cross-site. The comments that show up for this story on engadgetmobile should appear on the same story on Engadget, and vice versa.
With quality control as bad as the first batch, why would anyone have hung onto theirs? I owned mine for less than 3 hours, having returned it the same day.
It will be an awful long time before I throw down my cash on another 5800. I'm a huge S60 fan, but this sort of release is just inexcusable. I'll continue using my other S60 devices, but I wouldn't touch one of these 5800s with a 39 and a half foot pole.
