first of all. all cincinnati bell phones are not unlocked. completely myth.
its true they offer this phone free after rebate with no contract. but also no 3g...(whats the point?)
cincinnati bell's lowest deposit is $400. haha a1 credit anyone??? and since they have no contracts their credit requirements are a lot stricter. and check out the price on upgrade. even a customer who has been with cincinnati bell for years... $499....hahahaha cincinnati bell is a joke. you have to keep the phone for 90 days but if you don't keep the plan with unlimited data untill you get the rebate back then you are out that too. be careful guys
Only recently did we switch our credit requirements. Before, it was almost everyone that could get service with us, and the bottom few had $400 deposits. The tiers go as such
5 lines no deposit 3 lines - $100 deposit 5 lines - $400 deposit 2 lines - $200 deposit (used mainly for new-credit's or for those who had a previously written off account with us)
Before it was a piece of cake, and now, its a bit harder
“Microsoft's not promising the world with Windows Mobile 6.5, nor are they delivering it -- it's very much a stopgap, complete with duct tape, bubble gum, and Bondo.”
