@Sameer - Atleast with Vodafone, they don't have ETF's - it's worse. If you have a 24 month contract and you wanna get out at month 12, for example, and you're plan is $50 USD a month, to get out of your contract, you pay $50 x 12 months of remaining contract. It gets quite expensive, so that's how they make their money back and why you really wouldn't wanna leave the company. Although you could get a clean K850i directly from Sony here, ONLY because AT&T rejected it!!

I often order clean unlocked phones from importers, I just check to make sure the bands are usable in the US.
