I purchased a laptop and speakers from them over 1 year ago. They subsequently were out of the speakers I ordered after I had been charged. A sales rep. called me and said they would upgrade me free-of-charge. One year and three months later, as soon as their stocks hit an all time low here they are charging me $20 for the upgrade.
