Motorola QA4 Evoke goes on sale at Alltel
At first glance you might be tempted to give Motorola's newest slider a pass, but we had a chance to check it out at CTIA a couple weeks back, and it's actually one helluva phone. The QA4 Evoke combines a numeric slider keypad with a full touchscreen in a vaguely PEBL-like package, offering EV-DO, a 2 megapixel cam, AGPS, A2DP, and naturally, microSD expansion -- and now, it can be yours on Alltel for $99.99 on contract. Of course, not everyone lives in an Alltel service area, so let's hope someone else has the foresight to pick it up, yeah?

It seems this phone would be a natural fit for Verizon since the merger! I guess it takes time for Verizon to crap up the phone before they could release it anyways. Maybe Verizon can learn something from Alltel!
This is gonna be so good when it comes to sprint, i'd buy this over the s30.
Wasn't this phone coming to cricket too? that would be great for me.
I hope the Alltel version of this phone is better than what i tested for a different carrier, IMO this phone looks much better than it performs,
What carrier did you test with? I'm curious as to other carriers getting this phone.
That's the case w/most Moto's though, am I right?
I had a question about this phone. Does anybody know if this phone is being released for Verizon, since Verizon and Alltel are merging? Thanks!
