Palm OS is still and will always be a great operating system for mobile devices. R.I.P.
After the dust settles, which device will actually be responsible for saving Palm: The Centro or the Pre?
I don't like the Centro but I do like red phones int hat hue. I wish BB had more red phones
Yeah, I don't plan on buying these anytime soon, Palm. I can take them out back for you though. Just make sure you send me a sawed off shotgun as well ;)

You may have heard of this thing called "Palm OS", it tends to have issues with more than one radio in a device... Palm's handhelds had Wi-Fi, but never the phones... (it can handle Bluetooth and the cellular radio at the same time, but I've heard that's a bit of a hack and wouldn't be applicable to Wi-Fi anyway)
That's one of the reasons Palm decided to not even bother with the Garnet codebase in the next-gen OS, I suspect. (That and the whole multitasking thing)
Make it in Yellow, Brown or Forest Green and I'll buy one... just for the nostalgia of the good ole PalmOS. But I'm sick of white, black, grey, blue and red phones... and pink phones aren't my thing either.

Funny, you would think they would give the 800w a last go, or make a different color for the Pre or something. They can't be making much money from the centro, and what other reason is there to milk something this long?
