Actually engadget, cincinnati bell doesn't have a contract... you don't sign a contract but I think to get the MIR you need to keep service for at least 3 months, also the Cincinnati bell has the curve 8900, and the pearl flip, at one time they also offered the n96, n95 and e71... all subsidized... there stepping up there game here in cincinnati, and they also use same 3g bands and as tmobile and tmo has yet to add 3g here, so I know people who have taken there 3g tmobile phones and unlocked to work on cinbell 3g bands... ha crazy that cinbell beats att to the punch on the 8900 and the e71... I am thinking they have a contract with nokia and I'm almost betting that cin bell will be the only US carrier to subsidize the n97...
