Because this is very common practice for photographing/displaying analog clocks, notice how all three hands are evenly spaced apart. In all videos the clock starts in this position im sure for the sake of display and then begin ticking.
The clock may not be fully functional/implemented yet, that doesnt automatically discount the videos as being fake...

Can you say fake? How could it be 10:08 in San Fran if it is 12:30 local time? Time zones don't go in intervals of 22 minutes...
Also if it was after ten o'clock, why is the hour hand before the 10 instead of after?
