As far as sharing the apps on up to 5 devices, I always understood this to mean with the same LiveID.  As a user of multiple devices this is absolutely perfect for me.  ]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Tim Layton]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Jun 4th 2009 2:22PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
