LG enV Touch gets Best Buy-style unveiling
Verizon still hasn't fessed up to the imminent launch of its Voyager successor, but no matter -- its retail partners are happy to do that on their own. Best Buy's product page for the VX11000 enV Touch has now gone live, offering the phone for a $599.99 commitment-free -- which, to be fair, is still way less than the Pre's $849.99 -- along with a nice, clear bunch of press shots of the front of the phone from every conceivable angle. The front's nice, the inside's great, but one unexpected touch is the crazy stylized back; it doesn't make up for the loss of VCAST TV, admittedly, but it's pretty cool nonetheless. The enV Touch isn't in stock on Best Buy's site just yet, but with the June 5 date with destiny still on as far as we can tell, it should be ready to ship any day now.

Didn't I read that Best Buy had the enV touch for preorder? I hope so. I was planning to do that today.
LOL, overpriced bitches.....$599.99 + tax damn....indirect order price should be no more than $450
599.99$??? I just got mine today for 149.99.
I wonder if the browser on this supports flash? I had the voyager and while the HTML browser was ok, I could never get flash video to work...
Yes, the Touch supports flash, and the html browser on this phone is a huge step up from the Voyager.
Can you cite this? I've heard full HTML, not Flash.
What I'm wondering is am I forced to get the data plan with this phone? I imagine I wouldn't, what with the lack of vcast tv. I REALLY don't want to support that data plan JUNK.
Nope, no data plan required!!
Verizon retail is 409.99
I got one last week from Verizon store. I love it. I tried the storm and returned in Dec.. Email is easy and fast. I am 46, and always hated texting. It is a breeze on the touch screen and with the flip open keyboard. 3.2 mp camera and video. Panoramic pictures also. I did not even have to train to voice dial. Click and drag icons on the face really easy. One touch zoom for easy viewing. Mini sd slot. I just wish it could open windows pdf. and excell files. Tou can save to memory sd card. It is thinner than the voyager and not nearly as wide as the storm or most BB's. Very happy so far.
WHAT!! is that a normal size headphone jack on a verizon phone that isnt a smart phone! its about time they finally did that
