VERY disappointed in the new charger. My dad lost the original charger which was VERY easy to insert into the one hole in the phone similar to a portable radio jack. Got a new one however it is redesigned. It is VERY difficult for a 92 year old man to insert the new charger into the phone. I his daughter even had a tougher time and I'm NOT 92 with no dexterity issues. cannot find the old type.
