On a serious note, it is likely that most of the apps released so far are actually useful and many people want to download them at the very least to try them out. I'm an Android person actually. I'm patiently waiting for the Samsung i7500 to head this way.

That being said.....My earlier comment was to say to the uuuuuuwwwwwww WE have 50k+ apps and counting folks out there......Shut the hell up. We GET it......the iPhone is great....we know. By the way. How many apps did it have in the first year? You know in the amount of time the G1's been out (8-9months), or even better the Pre (WEEKS).
Our systems will get there.....possibly even faster than iPhones did (3 YEARS and counting). And they probably won't have 20-30 different fart apps and all the other shit apps out there for it.

I'm TRYING to be objective about it because competition can only be good for the end users. ALL of us even the iPhoners.
