He needs corporate Exchange email, yet is pretty brutal on phones. One of these with a silicon skin and a screen protector should keep him functioning for a year or so. ;)

I know you guys only use GSM (unless some of you own a Pre now), but the Treo Pro has available on contract for $199 from Sprint and Alltel a very long time, frequently discounted to $149 or $99 on promotions.

In contrast, when you report on other phones (ones that you like better) such as the Pre or the iPhone, you always only stick with the with-new-contract prices. Why?
