They don't provide a list, just a "phone number finder".. so I have to type in the numbers of the folks I want to call to see if they're even covered? Is that some method of figuring out who people want to call? They just track which numbers people put in?

Anyways, Philippines landlines don't appear to be covered.. making this plan all but useless for me.

Steve.G

Comments on MetroPCS rolls out mega-cheap international calling plan

Sweet! Before I did, I checked the website to make sure my numbers in India were covered. To my surprise, all cell phone numbers were shown as covered. I've made use of the service all last week. But today, the cell calls are being blocked and their website says that the cellular numbers are not allowed.

Oh well - some things are too good to be true. I will return the handset.

DG
