While I appreciate not being neglected, it's still highly annoying that in this day and age, the world's biggest phone manufacturer (a European company at that) can't be bothered with providing an firmware update route that doesn't require Windows. Mac/Linux users are left in the lurch.
And where's the over-the-air update option for North America, Nokia? The functionality is there, but Nokia hasn't enabled it for some reason.
I still think of Nokia support as being a mixed bag at best.
