yes i know that scroll bars down make stuff scroll up.
but if you think about it that makes sense that it should work like that.
a scroll bar shows that there is more content down below. so moving the bar down takes you down in the content (by moving the page up).
flicking up is the same thing because you are telling the device to move the page up so you can see the content that is further down.
