So was Brodman just being cheeky and oh-so literal at the myTouch launch event when he declared tmo has no plans of releasing the Hero in the US? "We're not carrying the Hero, but we ARE going to carry the G2 Touch." HAHAHA Don't ya feel duped?!
@CVM i was totally thinking thats exactly what they meant when they said no plans in the "US". I kind of wish there was a bit more synergy between overseas T-Mobile and US T-Mobile, it'd probably have far more nice phones if their was.
The software might be great, but the physical hardware is ugly as hell. WHY couldnt they make the screen bigger? There definitely seems to be some extra room all around the screen.

I don't think he was joking when he said that. I think this phone is heading to AT&T. I would love for any Android phone to be released sometime this century. For all the talking we do the fact still remains that there is only one Android phone in the US of A at this point in time. Maybe by the end of this summer there will be 2. The bottom line is that I'm with Verizon and this Feb. I'll be buying an Android phone. Not sure who I will buy it from or who the carrier will be but I don't think I'm alone in the feeling that these carriers need to STEP IT THE #^(% UP!
Jeez all I care about is that the frikkin myTouch comes out with 288 ram..... otherwise TMO is really retarded.
How the FUCK can you be the first to market with soemthing as beautiful as Android and then when the best Android phone comes out (AKA Hero) ... the only one that can defeat the iPhone, you let it go to the same damn carrier that carries the iPhone????

I hate that no USA carrier has announced the Hero yet. I have a feeling Sprint will get this phone before AT&T. It seems like AT&T is wasting its time trying to get more "exclusiveness" with the iPhone. We already know Sprint is testing this phone on its networks. I hope someone announces the Hero unto their brand before the beginning of August and I am pray it is Sprint. I has the poor excuse for a phone know as a Moto Q and I need to upgrade to a quality phone, windows mobile is trash.
