Seidio's Innocase for the Pre is Touchstone-compatible
Say you've got a Pre and a Touchstone. Say, further, that you've got butterfingers -- or maybe you just really can't stand the thought of your glossy beauty being scratched beyond recognition by the occasional encounter with a lint ball in your pocket. Normally, the answer would be a case -- but the Touchstone requires special handling since it needs contact with a non-slip back to stay firmly planted and deliver the wireless juice, so what's a Pre user to do? The answer might just lie with accessory maker Seidio, which has released its $29.95 Innocase complete with the promise of Touchstone compatibility -- no need to remove the phone to do your thing. You still need to have the Touchstone battery cover installed for the solution to work, but since it's all concealed by the case anyway, who cares?

That looks great with that giant crack going down the side. Sexy!!!
How else is it supposed to slide...
I had the equivalent case on my HTC Titan (Mogul) in 07. It made the keyboard very difficult to slide up and down, I'd like to see if this Pre version is any better.
Yatta!
The Pre needs a hard case anyways. It's not exactly hand friendly even with rubber cover, and there's no lanyard to keep it from smashing into the ground.
I went to Best-buy today and played around with the Pre for the first time, It is a very nice phone. It doesn't feel as high quality as an iPhone but the design of it exceeds that of the overused iPhone design. Apple needs to change it up or else they have a major battle that may be easily won by this phone unless the App store (if it has one...) doesn't pass by with flying colors.
This is good news. I want this one instead of the Rocketfish case.
Don't get the Rocketfish case, my Pre slid off my Touchstone like a joke.
That looks just like the rocketfish one, I am not a fan of this rocketfish case way to hard to take the back cover off just to charge it on the touchstone. I was going to need to take one of the products back, glad it is going to be the rocketfish.
I have the Palm Pre with the touchstone charger and the Innocase by Seidio. The only problem is it won't charge using the touchstone charger while the case is on. Sure it sticks to the charger like the pictures show, but it doesn't recognize it is on the touchstone and start charging. I have talked to Seidio and they are aware this happens for some users, but don't have a reason why. Their best answer was to send me another case, though I have the same issue with this one. Before anyone asks, yes I did remove the felt piece.
